3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Evidence of fraud, fraudulent activity, or a connection to another account.
• At the user's own request.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the bdk88 platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking method.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other listed banks.

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Funds deposited into the account may only be used for gaming purposes.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

Wagering example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 total must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and bets.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement has been met.
• bdk88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if bonus terms are violated.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus will not be activated unless specifically stated otherwise.

5.3 VIP Program

The bdk88 VIP program has five tiers, with a weekly cashback benefit available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.

• The platform reserves the right to investigate if a betting pattern appears unusual for the purpose of gaining a strategic advantage.

6.2 Sports Betting

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the original document. If any section is declared invalid by a court, the remaining sections will remain fully effective.
